Questions about features: scheduling, invoicing, vendors, whatsapp

What is work order management software?

Work order management software turns a service request into a tracked job: it captures the request, schedules it, assigns a worker or vendor, records status changes and completion evidence, and hands the finished job to invoicing. Servenzo runs that full path in one system, so nothing is retyped between a request form, a calendar and an invoice.

Does Servenzo include job scheduling and recurring work?

Yes. There is a calendar view, drag-and-drop assignment, recurring job patterns for contracted work, and worker availability so you do not assign someone already committed. Reassigning a worker mid-day takes a few seconds and notifies them automatically.

Is there a mobile app for field workers?

Yes. The Servenzo Labour App for Android lets workers see assignments, clock in and out, update job status, upload before-and-after photos and capture GPS coordinates at supported attendance and work events when device location is available. It is included with the Business plan and free for workers to download.

How do the WhatsApp notifications work?

Servenzo sends WhatsApp messages automatically for job assignments, status changes, reminders and payment confirmations. There is no separate WhatsApp Business API setup to configure, and it is included on both paid plans.

Can Servenzo generate invoices from completed jobs?

Yes. An invoice is built from the jobs already completed for that customer, so line items match the work record. Servenzo takes no processing cut of what you bill, and payment status is tracked against the same customer record.
