Servenzo industry page

Software for facility management companies delivering multi-site service

Facility management companies carry someone else's buildings on their own contract. This page covers the provider's operating record: requests, planned service, internal workers, subcontracted vendors, site evidence and the commercial follow-up behind each client agreement.

The short answer

Facility management software should connect each site request or planned service obligation to the people, providers, evidence, contract and invoice behind it. Servenzo focuses on that service-delivery layer for teams coordinating internal staff and outside vendors across multiple facilities.

What this workflow should improve

  • Keep reactive requests and recurring services visible together
  • Assign internal staff, vendors or sub-vendors to the right site
  • Return attendance, event-based GPS, notes and photos to the work record
  • Connect service delivery to contracts, invoices and payment status

Run mixed delivery teams through one facility record

Cleaning, security, maintenance and specialist callouts often involve different companies and supervisors. Servenzo keeps the customer site, assigned party, contract context and delivery history connected without forcing the facility team to rebuild the record for each provider.

Preserve proof for operational and commercial review

Workers can return attendance, status, notes, photos and event-based GPS coordinates from the mobile workflow when device location is available. The office can review that record before closing work, reporting to a client or following up an invoice.

In-house facilities team, or an FM provider?

The workflows diverge quickly. An in-house team optimises for their own buildings and budget, which is the angle taken on facility management software. A provider optimises for contract compliance across clients who each expect evidence, so subcontractor assignment, vendor compliance and per-client reporting matter far more.

A practical workflow

  1. Create the facility, contacts, access notes and service context.
  2. Capture a reactive request or generate work from a recurring contract.
  3. Assign the appropriate internal worker or service provider.
  4. Review status, attendance, location event and evidence before commercial follow-up.

Scope: what this does not cover

Servenzo covers the service-delivery layer rather than the asset layer. It is not a BIM, space-planning, energy-management, CAD or IWMS product, and it does not hold asset depreciation or lease accounting. Teams needing a full asset register with condition scoring should confirm that requirement separately. The broader multi-site delivery workflow is on the CAFM software page.

Questions about facility management software

Can Servenzo coordinate both internal facility staff and outside vendors?

Yes. Internal workers, vendors and sub-vendors can be kept in the same operating workflow while retaining their own records and assignments.

Can recurring facility services be scheduled?

Yes. Recurring contract work can generate scheduled activity while one-off requests and day-level exceptions remain visible separately.

Does the worker app capture location proof?

Yes. With device permission and location services available, the Android worker app captures GPS coordinates at supported attendance, check-in, progress and check-out events. It does not continuously track vehicles or optimize routes.

Is Servenzo a full asset-management or space-planning system?

No. Teams requiring detailed asset hierarchies, floor plans, meter readings, parts inventory or predictive maintenance should confirm a specialist CAFM, CMMS or EAM.
