How long does it take to set up Servenzo?
Most teams create an account and run their first scheduled job in the same week. Signup takes under five minutes with no credit card, and there is no implementation project or consultant required.
Can I import my existing workers, customers and job history?
Yes. Onboarding covers migrating worker profiles, customer records, vendor details and job history. The Business plan includes a dedicated onboarding call and API access for custom integrations.
Do my field workers need training to use it?
Assignment alerts arrive on WhatsApp, which most crews already use, so workers can receive and acknowledge work on day one. The Android app adds clock in and out, status updates and photo evidence when you are ready to roll it out.
What happens when the 50-day trial ends?
You choose Professional at $34 USD per month or Business at $69 USD per month, or you stop. Nothing is charged during the trial because no card is taken up front, and if you subscribe there is a 14-day cancellation right with a full refund.
