Its public pricing page repeatedly emphasizes the local number, phone system, call flows, two-way texting and AI answering options. For a business where missed calls and dispatch communication drive revenue, that is a meaningful advantage.
Servenzo connects the commercial and delivery record
A supplier can be onboarded with documents, assigned contracts and recurring services, connected to workers, and reviewed through job evidence and payment history. Servenzo's differentiation is this continuity rather than a built-in phone system.
Free does not automatically mean sufficient
Workiz Lite is attractive for up to two users, but its public limits cap jobs, invoices and estimates. A very small operation may still prefer it. A team should model its actual monthly volume and required communication products before comparing paid tiers.
Labour management and location are not synonyms
