Include your Android version, device model, app version, and a short description of the problem. Avoid including private notes, financial details, attachments, or child information in an initial message. This app does not send a support message automatically or grant support access to local app data.

Quick guide

Choose a currency, add a subscription with a monthly/yearly price, and inspect active-only totals. There is no payment flow or paid access.

Current limitations

See your recurring costs in one place with DueSprig.

Add a subscription name, cost, and monthly or yearly billing period. Edit an entry, mark it active or inactive, or delete it. Monthly and yearly estimates include only your active entries.

Choose USD, PKR, EUR, or GBP before adding your first item. All entries in one list use that selected currency. Calculations use integer cents; no exchange rates, taxes, or real payments are applied.

Your list is saved in app-local storage. The demo supports up to 30 recurring costs, and each cost can be no greater than 1,000,000.00 in the selected currency.

DueSprig does not connect to bank accounts, access financial accounts, cancel subscriptions, process payments, or provide investment advice. It has no account, ads, in-app purchases, or cloud sync in this version. Light and dark themes follow your device settings.

Saved data and deletion

Saved recurring-cost entries remain until you delete them or clear the app data. Removing an entry updates the local saved list. No bank credentials, card numbers, or billing-provider details are requested by the app.

You can clear app-local data using Android Settings > Apps > DueSprig > Storage > Clear storage (wording varies by device). Uninstalling removes data from that installation. System/provider backups and user-created external copies must be managed separately.

Current local R2 increment — 20 October 2026

Open Virtual reserves in the current app to use DU-W07. The separate duesprig_reserves namespace stores virtual renewal targets in their original currency/date, optional agreement/revision references, explicit pay dates/ceilings, immutable allocation/release/adjustment/reversal entries, readable reasons and content-free idempotency receipts. These are planning records, not bank funds. No money moves, bank account is connected or payment is established by an entry. Projected contributions stay separate from logged allocations; current same-currency source price can update the derived gap without changing original targets or prior ledger amounts. Active form text is not automatically saved; explicit workspace recovery can include it and captured failed postings.

For recovery, keep the active editor, use the feature retry/cancel controls where offered and export a private copy before changing versions or clearing data. Send only app/device/version and a short issue description to [email protected]; do not attach private records automatically. This prepared source update is not a published website or a Google Play Console update.

Account and data deletion

To delete your DueSprig cloud account in the app, open Account & cloud, sign in again if requested, then choose Delete app account and confirm. This revokes this app's cloud access and queues removal of its synchronized records, owned workspaces, uploaded files and reminders. It does not clear local app data or cancel a Google Play subscription.

You can also request deletion without installing the app by emailing [email protected] with the subject "DueSprig account deletion". State the app name and the email used for its optional sign-in. We may verify account ownership before acting. Do not send a password, verification code, private file or financial record. Tell us if you also want removal of the shared sign-in profile; other Servenzo app accounts have separate data.

To remove an individual uploaded file while keeping your account, open Account & cloud, select Files, then use Delete cloud file. You may also email [email protected] with the app name and the type of data you want removed; state that you want to keep your account. Do not attach the private content to the initial request.

Minimal pseudonymous deletion and revocation records can remain to prevent deleted accounts from being recreated by old tokens. Independent exports, Google Play records and external copies have separate controls. API access logs rotate daily with fourteen retained rotations; internal-test backups are not configured.
