Quick guide
Open Calculate, edit an expression and preview it before an explicit history commit. Convert supports matching quantity domains with full unit definitions. Tools searches task/unit synonyms such as “miles”; an unmatched query stays editable. Save named exact memory, explicitly insert it into an editable expression, or organize stable tool/history references using favorites, folders and tags.

Current scope and limitations
The prepared source update includes exact arithmetic expressions, dimension-aware conversion, durable labelled history, explicit reuse as a copy, retention and recovery. Display rounding does not change the exact stored quantity. Invalid expressions remain editable. Ordinary mass is non-negative; signed displacement and temperature intervals use distinct domains.
NU-W04 adds offline tool/synonym search, named exact memory, favorites, folders, tags and stable launcher targets. A memory overwrite requires explicit previous/replacement review. Organization edits do not rewrite source expressions or results.
Android shortcut and compact widget source uses hidden labels by default and never publishes numeric values or expressions. Installed-device launcher, widget and signed-release qualification remain pending. The NU-W06 supplement adds manual/approved-adapter indicative rates. Scientific functions, formula sheets, import and typed cloud sync remain separate work.
Core R1/NU-W04/NU-W05 tools require no account or live provider. Settings retains the separately labelled previous demo with optional configured account, cloud-file, notification and billing controls. Those controls do not synchronize typed history, memory, organization or everyday records. No advertisements or new paid gates were added by NU-W04 or NU-W05.
Practical everyday tools
Tools now includes percentages, bill splitting, shopping comparison, recipe scaling, fuel costs, time/journey planning, pack comparison and transfer estimates. Select a mode, edit inputs, calculate and inspect units and assumptions before explicitly reviewing and saving. Invalid current inputs keep the last valid result distinct rather than silently treating it as the new answer. Reuse a saved result as an editable copy; the original remains unchanged.
Bill splits show manual tax/tip rates, pre/post-tax tip basis, currency precision and minor-unit remainder assignment. Shopping compares compatible common units and compounds successive discounts. Recipes preserve entered units and require positive density and a named cup standard before estimating grams from volume. Fuel selections distinguish US liquid and imperial gallons. Date-only values, durations and timezone-dependent civil intervals stay distinct; civil instants beyond bundled recurring-transition coverage are rejected explicitly. Impossible journey connections identify the leg without moving dates. Pack estimates disclose allowed types, surplus and bounded search limits. Transfer estimates distinguish MB/MiB and require positive throughput with editable overhead/efficiency assumptions. These are manual local estimates, not live tax, FX, route, traffic, nutrition, fuel-price or speed-test services.
The separate numlilt_everyday sidecar keeps eight current tool drafts and up to 1,000 explicitly saved results. Capacity is explicit and old records are not silently evicted. Search saved titles and original inputs locally, inspect, copy, reuse, export or delete everyday results separately from the R1 history and organization data. The saved-result query is not stored. Exports and clipboard copies may contain private costs and journey dates and are plaintext external copies. If local storage fails, retain the current editor and use the visible recovery path; a preview alone is not a saved result.
Saved data and deletion
R1 drafts and committed history persist locally. Named memory and organization live in a separate sidecar. History deletion, organization deletion and external copies have independent controls. A stale history shortcut explains the missing target and offers recovery without inventing a result. If a save fails, keep the current work, retry or export a recovery copy; no support message is sent automatically.
You can clear app-local data using Android Settings > Apps > Numlilt > Storage > Clear storage (wording varies by device). Uninstalling removes data from that installation. System/provider backups and user-created external copies must be managed separately.

Open Currency workspace in the current app to use NU-W06. The separate numlilt_currency namespace keeps original amount/currency/label rows, explicit manual rate factors and source/as-of timestamps, cached provider metadata where an approved adapter is configured, immutable pinned conversion snapshots, editor drafts and content-free save receipts. Reporting currency never rewrites original amounts. Missing/unavailable rates block a combined total. Manual assumptions show recorded age and stale status without verified market freshness. No live provider is configured by default. Optional adapters need approved pair, attribution, cache/retention and historical-use rights before their respective actions. This does not qualify any real provider or execute money transfers.
For recovery, keep the active editor, use the feature retry/cancel controls where offered and export a private copy before changing versions or clearing data. Send only app/device/version and a short issue description to [email protected]; do not attach private records automatically. This prepared source update is not a published website or a Google Play Console update.
Account and data deletion
To delete your Numlilt cloud account in the app, open Account & cloud, sign in again if requested, then choose Delete app account and confirm. This revokes this app's cloud access and queues removal of its synchronized records, owned workspaces, uploaded files and reminders. It does not clear local app data or cancel a Google Play subscription.
You can also request deletion without installing the app by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Numlilt account deletion". State the app name and the email used for its optional sign-in. We may verify account ownership before acting. Do not send a password, verification code, private file or financial record. Tell us if you also want removal of the shared sign-in profile; other Servenzo app accounts have separate data.
To remove an individual uploaded file while keeping your account, open Account & cloud, select Files, then use Delete cloud file. You may also email [email protected] with the app name and the type of data you want removed; state that you want to keep your account. Do not attach the private content to the initial request.
Minimal pseudonymous deletion and revocation records can remain to prevent deleted accounts from being recreated by old tokens. Independent exports, Google Play records and external copies have separate controls. API access logs rotate daily with fourteen retained rotations; internal-test backups are not configured. See the app Privacy Policy for the current hosting and retention details.
