Using this app

These terms apply to Pausevane. Use its available features for their stated purpose and in accordance with applicable law. Current feature availability, permissions, local storage, export and deletion behavior are described in the app and its app-specific Privacy Policy. A planned feature or a preview is not a promise that a service is available.

The publisher intends this app for users aged 13 and older. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms in your location, involve your parent or guardian.

Your information and external copies

Only enter or import content that you are entitled to use. You retain your rights in your content. Local records, app accounts, identity-provider accounts, exported files, clipboard copies and device/document-provider backups have separate controls. Review the Privacy Policy before signing in, uploading, exporting or deleting information. Deleting one copy or uninstalling the app does not delete independent copies or cancel a Google Play subscription.

Optional services and purchases

Core local features and optional online services can have different availability. Signing in or sending information is an explicit action where those controls are offered. No paid entitlement, live financial feed, verified notification delivery, guaranteed storage recovery or unlimited availability is promised by these terms. Any future purchase must show its price and applicable store terms before you authorize it. Google Play handles its own payment, cancellation and refund processes.

Appropriate use and product limits

Do not use the app to infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful content, bypass access controls, interfere with services or gain unauthorized access to another account. Keep devices and exported records secure. Storage cutoffs, deletion and expiry are not promises of forensic erasure or deletion of external copies. Keep independent copies of information you need.

The app's displayed assumptions and limitations apply to its calculations, reminders, practice, timing, records or results. Check important outcomes independently and do not use an unqualified result for a safety-critical decision.

Availability and responsibility

We may update the app and these terms as functionality changes. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every device, external provider, notification or recovery path will work in every circumstance. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable consumer law does not allow the parties to exclude.
