Routisprig Support

Include your Android version, device model, app version, and a short description of the problem. Avoid including private notes, financial details, attachments, or child information in an initial message. This app does not send a support message automatically or grant support access to local app data.

Add a general habit, check it off, and adjust the reminder time. Enable Daily phone reminder to demonstrate the notification permission prompt; denial leaves the habit list usable.

Current limitations

Build a small daily routine with Routisprig. Add a habit, check it off for today, and see its consecutive-day streak. A short collection of locally bundled quotes provides another small prompt to begin.

Keep up to 20 habits. Your habit names, check-in dates, and reminder preferences are saved in app-local storage. You can remove individual habits whenever you choose.

Choose an in-app reminder for unfinished habits, or optionally enable one daily phone notification at your selected time. Notification permission is requested only when you turn on the phone reminder. Turn it off in the app or in Android settings whenever you wish.

Phone notifications are generic daily check-in reminders, even when today's list is complete. Android uses an inexact alarm, so battery management and notification settings can delay or prevent delivery. In-app reminders appear only while the app is open.

This is an offline productivity demo with no account, ads, in-app purchases, or cloud sync. It does not provide medical, treatment, or fitness guidance. Light and dark themes follow your device settings.

Saved data and deletion

Habits and reminder preferences remain in app-local storage until you delete a habit or clear the app data. Check-in dates older than approximately 365 days are pruned when a habit is toggled. Removing the last habit or disabling phone reminders cancels the scheduled daily reminder.

You can clear app-local data using Android Settings > Apps > Routisprig > Storage > Clear storage (wording varies by device). Uninstalling removes data from that installation. System/provider backups and user-created external copies must be managed separately.

Current local R2 increment — 20 October 2026

Open Routines and everyday context in the current app to use RO-W06 plus RO-X008 prerequisite. The local practice workspace adds private cues, obstacles/playbook text, chosen fallback/minimum/standard tiers, target ladders, reduction/avoidance observations, action-window policy, boards/priorities, alternative-action groups, versioned routine snapshots/progress, and named day types with dated-versus-series overrides. These supplement existing period evidence without rewriting historical targets or fabricating missed/zero observations. Android widget projections use actual occurrence/version authority. Habit names are hidden by default; deliberately enabling names can expose them on the launcher. Revoked/stale/duplicate tickets cannot authorize a different period. Installed-widget behavior still requires device qualification.

For recovery, keep the active editor, use the feature retry/cancel controls where offered and export a private copy before changing versions or clearing data. Send only app/device/version and a short issue description to [email protected]; do not attach private records automatically. This prepared source update is not a published website or a Google Play Console update.

Account and data deletion

To delete your Routisprig cloud account in the app, open Account & cloud, sign in again if requested, then choose Delete app account and confirm. This revokes this app's cloud access and queues removal of its synchronized records, owned workspaces, uploaded files and reminders. It does not clear local app data or cancel a Google Play subscription.

You can also request deletion without installing the app by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Routisprig account deletion". State the app name and the email used for its optional sign-in. We may verify account ownership before acting. Do not send a password, verification code, private file or financial record. Tell us if you also want removal of the shared sign-in profile; other Servenzo app accounts have separate data.

To remove an individual uploaded file while keeping your account, open Account & cloud, select Files, then use Delete cloud file. You may also email [email protected] with the app name and the type of data you want removed; state that you want to keep your account. Do not attach the private content to the initial request.

Minimal pseudonymous deletion and revocation records can remain to prevent deleted accounts from being recreated by old tokens. Independent exports, Google Play records and external copies have separate controls. API access logs rotate daily with fourteen retained rotations; internal-test backups are not configured.
